Spiritual Formation Classes -- Sunday Mornings:Adult Sunday School Class -- Continuing through the end of November at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays, Bill Allen facilitates a class on biblical interpretation. Participants investigate various methods used to properly view and study Scripture.Junior/senior high Bible study (Grades 6-12) -- Junior/senior high youth meet with Henry Bernshausen for a Bible study in the second level youth room at 9:15 a.m.
Worship Service – 10:30 a.m.Everyone is invited and encouraged to come on Sundays between 10 and 10:25 a.m. to participate in an informal time of fellowship over a cup of coffee and/or other available refreshments before the worship service. This is a good opportunity to get to know other ABC'ers as well as visitors.Child care is provided in Grace House from 10:15 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. A nursery is staffed with background-checked volunteers to provide care for infants and toddlers (through age 3). A children’s church option is available during the sermon segment of the worship service for children, ages 4 through Grade 5. NOTE TO VISITORS: First-time visitors to ABC may pick up a copy of Francis Chan's "Crazy Love" as our gift to you (one to a family, please). You will find this book on the information table. It would be appreciated if all visitors would complete the Connection Card located on the information table and place it in the wood offering box.

Hurricane Harvey Recovery Update: Bill Allen is acting as field superintendent; Jana Davis serves as the meal coordinator for the work teams; and Pastor Dave is scheduling work teams and logistics. A Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund has been set up in the church office where proceeds go directly to either the victims of the flood or to support the work of the teams. Childcare provided on Tuesday mornings; workbooks (optional) available for $14 each.Love Network's Annual Coat Drive runs from October 22 through November 12. If you have gently used coats, jackets, sweaters, blankets, or warm hats, gloves, and mittens, please place them in the receptacle provided by the worship center information table. If you know of individuals who need these items, Love Net's coat giveaway will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, at Coat of Many Colors, 304 North Pruett.Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes -- Participants in this annual fundraiser fill a shoebox with various small items for disadvantaged boys and girls overseas. For information on how to pack a shoebox, visit www.samaritanspurse.org/operation-Christmas-child/pack-a-shoe-box/. The Samaritan's Purse site also has other pertinent information, including suggestions for items to put into a shoebox. Note: Candy and toothpaste are no longer allowed due to customs regulations. You may either use your own shoebox or ask Viandra Brooks, ABC's Operation Christmas Child coordinator, for a shoebox. Our Daily Bread devotional booklets for the current quarter and copies of our denominational magazine, "Alliance Life," are available on the book table at no charge. Great Commission Fund contributions are welcomed and will be used to support Alliance missionaries around the world. Simply designate the amount of your donation on a giving envelope or on your check's memo.Connection Cards -- If you are new to ABC, have a change in your contact information, or would like to share a prayer request with the elders, you may use a "Connection Card," located on the information table. Simply provide the information and place it in the offering plate.Current issues of Alliance Life, our denomination's publication, are available free of charge on the information table or free subscriptions may be requested by calling the Alliance Service Center at 1-877-284-3262 (option 1) or by emailing email@example.com. Fishers' Net (a closed group on Facebook) provides an opportunity for ABC'ers to connect by expressing needs and meeting needs within our local body. The intention of this ministry is to help us build a 'net'work of service. This ministry will create a forum within our body to serve and connect within the church so that 'all men may know that we are His disciples.' The hope is that all ABC'ers will join this closed group on Facebook, and if/when you need assistance with a need, whether big or small, you will post your request. And when you are willing/able to meet a request that you will respond to that need by leaving a comment on the Fishers' Net Facebook site. It's very simple to utilize the self-checkout system which will enable you to avail yourself of many fine Christian books and other materials. Feel free to stop by -- and if you would like to donate some of your gently used Christian books, DVDs, etc., please feel free to leave them in the basket on the library check-out table.Sermons from our worship services are available for listening under the "Resources" link on this website.
